Peel’s Lounge and Bar

- Champagne and Wine List Our extensive wine list has been carefully crafted by our Restaurant Manager, Bruno Pelletier. Bruno has been a career sommelier and brings a rich knowledge of wines from around the world with firsthand experience of many of France’s vineyards. We also have over 25 champagnes, a whiskey bar and an irresistible list of cocktails.
One of our core values as a restaurant is that experiencing great cooking and well handled produce is something that should be affordable to all. We strive to offer value. Our Prix Fixe menus use more affordable cuts of meat but have the same inspiration, care and presentation that you would find on our seasonal fine dining menu. The Prix Fixe changes every 2 weeks.
Our tasting menu is an experience not to be missed. The Chef takes some of the signature dishes of the seasonal fine dining menu and weaves them into a 5 course menu that delivers a gastronomic journey that is sure to delight. With over 150 wines available you have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable night of eating and drinking.
Our cheese trolley is available from Tuesday to Sunday and with cheeses as local as the next village and others carefully sourced by Bruno from around the world.
